I have an Exselle close contact jumping saddle with foam filled panels. Can the foam be removed and replaced with flock?

No - generally too thin and the wrong shape. You can have the panels replaced with panels designed for flock though.

Ah, any idea as to how much that would cost? Im trying to decide wheather to part x change it for an albion or not!!
