saddles - for people with long legs!

I have a fieldhouse GP 17.5" which is fine for hacking but when it comes to jumping and shortening my stirrups my legs come over the knee rolls, no support atall! am 5"10 with a 16.1hh TB.
I do a fair bit of jumping and xc so looking for something which is more forward cut, can you get a forward cut saddle without it being a jumping saddle or do i need to invest in one? what are jumping saddles like for hacking?
Really havent got a massive budget so would be looking for something 2nd hand or off ebay for no more than £250.

GP's don't work for tall people! I'm 5'9ft and all my horses are jumped and hacked in single flap event saddles as they are the only saddles that are comfortable to ride short in. Worth investing in as I doubt you would get one for under £250.

I have had forward cut double flap saddles but my knee still pops over the top. Hope you find something!
