how much do you charge for postage? and do you post just at the post office or do you get parcelforce?

i use local courier usually about £17 - and insured upto £500 and del next day

I charge between 20-25 postage, but saddles I've sold are fairly old so heavier than new ones, and post at the post office through parcelforce 24 or 48!

Have used Parcelforce and charged £15. This was 2 yrs ago, but the postage was actually under £10, but did use alot of packaging.

I have recently taken things to the PO before listing to get a more accurate idea of what to charge
