Saddles with memory foam seats

Had this on a made to measure .... what a load of rubbish! My wintec is more comfortable and my bumbones felt like Dracula teeth pushing through my flesh with the mem foam! Anyone found the same or is it just me? I've sent the saddle back and asked them to "sort it please". They said they'd do a "normal" seat but with an extra 6mm of padding....

Rock solid in winter too! I had to take a hot water bottle out to warm it before I could ride on it. Hate it.
