Saddles?

I'm looking on ebay for a cheap-y dressage saddle to play in but I'm not 100% on the size of my current saddle (came with ponio).

Its a 16.5inch seat & 9 inch from D to D across the front, 5 inches across the gullet, I'm guessing at that being a medium fit? Am I right?

I'm looking at 16-17inch saddle in my range, hoping to to have to go to a 17 to be honest, would they be okay or would I be better sticking to the 16.5?

Check your saddle flaps, they are normally stamped with the tree size (and Seat size).

Why not try www.saddlesdirect.co.uk or www.qualitysaddles.co.uk you can pick a saddle and put it back if it does not fit.

It does sound like a Medium fit but depends on the make of the saddle. Do you know what make it is?

They are certainly not my favourite saddles either.
