Sorry it's probably been done millions of times but after having a horse come down on top of me on Monday, meaning my hat and body protector need replacing, I know which by I want this time but hat?

I chose the hs1 due to its safety rating, the Charles Owen equivalent didn't fit well, so will go for another hs1 but would like a hat with a peak.
I used to be a sidesaddle dressage person, but have had a play showjumping (with one horse looking likely to go that route) and feel like a complete change, the problem being that even though I'm a numpty level rider I want safety with a bit of nice rather than traditional for a change.

Simply can't afford a kep, so what do you lovely hho'ers recommend please
Also pics if possible as want to see how it looks on! (Distance is fine!)

I have a Harry Hall Legend Plus which is just great, I'm on my second one now, first one was tried and tested! It's a vented helmet which is so nice in the summer and they come in a range of fancy colours!

If they ever stop making it then I would go for the Champion VentAir which is very similar.

Obviously be aware of the hat changes for competing, the Champion is OK but not the Harry Hall, I don't compete so I'm not sure if it's just certain levels of competition or not, also, you cannot wear a peaked hat for cross country. I attach a link to the Beta rules below, it's double dutch to me I'm afraid!
