Safety Stirrups - suggestions

Can anyone recommend a good make of safety stirrups? Someone at the yard I am at had a nasty accident yesterday and rumour on the mill is that she didn't have safety stirrups on which could of contributed - which has prompted me to change my standard ones!

I mainly school and hack so whichever ones are most appropriate and not too costly!

Personally I like the bent leg ones. Never had a problem with them.

mountain horse SCS3 are my choice. But then you know that
