I am currently reviewing staff salaries at a large riding school and would like to compare to what other similar places offer their staff.

If at all possible I would like to know what salary (or hourly rate) centres pay:

Stable / Yard Manager
Assistant Stable / Yard Manager
Head Groom or Senior Groom

And also if any of these members of staff teach able-bodied riders what qualifications do they hold and is a higher hourly rate paid for the hours they teach?

Please could anyone PM me details and I will of course keep your details confidential, I don't even have to know what centre/riding school you are but the rough area you are from would be helpful.

Thanks.

I am paid £7-£10ph for normal yard work, imagine you'd be paying more for 'higher up' staff than the average?
