Sales Livery Recommendations in the South

I have got a nice 4 year old, 16.2hh Warmblood that I need to sell as he has grown to big for me and time constraints. Can anyone recommend any decent Sales Livery in the South? If anyone would like share their experience selling through one, it would me much appreciated.
 
Emily Taggart at Emily Taggart eventing in Reigate. Has quite a few WB x in her yard so definitely worth a call. Has very good facilities to train and show off a horse as well.

My pennies worth..sales livery is normally a livery plus comms deal. In return horse is prepped,advertised and shown. Vetting arranged etc. Emily might even have a client in mind already and does have other contacts as well. I would perhaps have a price in mind, subject to agreement so do your homework. Be open as to how far the horse has been trained, or how green a 4 year old it is and have a time set in your mind as to how long you will do this. The market is starting to slow down as well now..
