Has anyone got any details for her? I am having a little difficulty getting hold of her and could do with saddle fitting in the next couple of weeks.

That's fair enough - she's on my bargepole list but if you've used her before and been happy with her then I'll leave my thoughts on her work out of it, she does seem rather like Marmite!
 
She's not the easiest person to get hold of but if she's away there's usually a young girl who takes messages and makes appointments. If the mobile No. you have for her ends with 481 then it's probably the same number I've got.

Agree although I think that applies to most people particularly, saddle fitters :)
 
Sally was due to have knee surgery December I think, this is probably the reason why she hasn't got back to you that quickly.

I've never had a single problem contacting her or getting her out to me, she's a brilliant saddle fitter I wouldn't use anyone else.

Vallin have you tried emailing or texting her? If you can't raise her ring Beaver Hall I'm sure Anne will help.

Have done both. Was going to try the Beaverhall route next. Who have people used other than Sally? Am Stoke-on-Trent way
 
She is on Facebook, either by her name, or saddlery services. Crewe saddlery are local too. Although I have Sally and not had a problem. But as said above she has had a knee operation and is playing catch up.
 
Someone on our yard uses her, and whilst she doesn't have a bad word to say about her work does say that getting an appointment is a nightmare and that her secretary is less than helpful.

I'm in Telford and use Andy Wheals ("The Saddleman" if you google). He covers a huge area so he can be really difficult to get an appointment with. Also seems to be a bit like Marmite but I've used him for years and always been happy. I once used Mel Lewis, NEVER AGAIN. Went back to Andy straight away and wouldn't use anyone else now.

I did speak to Sally Cartwright (she called me back the day after I left a message) when I was looking for a jumping saddle but she didn't have anything suitable and wanted me to buy a GFS from her, which wasn't at all what I wanted.
