I have used Sam several times. She came too look at a mare I took on and did 3 sessions with her and she also looked at my friends mare. My mare was in a lot of pain due to various things and was actually very well behaved. Sam was very gentle and careful and under standing of her.
Then she looked at my friends horse, and as soon as the mare saw her she seemed to know what was coming and she started going baserk and rearing and everything. It was so unlike her as she is normally really placid. We think she has had bad experiences with a therapist of some sort in the past. But again Sam was patient and we tried a few times but ended up having to abandon as the mare was very distressed.
She often works along side Diane Danzebrink, she does light therapy. Which I also found very good for my mare. I really noticed a huge difference after both of their treatments.
Would highly recommend her. she also does follow up checks free of charge I believe.
In fact in the next few weeks I want them out for one of my other mares.
