just wondered if anybody knew this chap, just that my daughter who is 12 did a xc clinic with him at hoplands today with her riding club and we were so impressed with him, he had such a pleasant easygoing way of teaching, never seen so many smiles off the riders, he had them all jumping brilliantly and trying lots of different jumps and he did have his work cut out as only 5 in lesson but all different ages and each one had a different problem. Must say we would def do another clinic with him.

He is super fantastic, I have had a few SJ lessons from him. Highly recommended, such a nice guy!

sam i s a top bloke and always worth going to Hoplands for training anyway with those lovely facilities

My old eventer was first ridden by Sam and he was at Sam's yard when I went to try him out. He's a really nice guy, knows his stuff and if all the kids were smiling, then that has to have been an extremely good lesson
