Sand for breakfast!

Hit the deck this morning in a kinda "Sack of Spuds" way during my lesson.

The worst bit was it was during a trot on a straight and he did nothing wrong!!!!! (we were working without stirrups but even so)

I am now very sore, landed on elbow and hip and definately do not bounce any more

ouch!! Hope you feel better soon...

Know how you feel, my fall a couple of weeks ago resulted in a few hours down at A&E... you definitely lose the ability to bounce as you get older!!
