Sandstorm

Yuck, yuck, yuck ! Just driven up to the farm in a swirling sandstorm , could barely see ! This morning had planned to do an hour of groundwork but couldn't actually see . Feel as if I've had a full body exfoliation and have sand everywhere.

Horses were really spooky too as the wind was howling.

This should be the nicest month of the year but temperatures are really high - 38 c at 9pm last night. I seriously hope this is not setting the tone for the rest of the year .

If only we could trade weather.... I wouldn't trade the sandstorm but will have a dozen or so of your excess celsius degrees please...

We still have snow in some parts of the UK. We' are supposed to be waking up to the Dawn Chorus and Apple Blossoms but no such luck!
