Coz I is well cheap :p I wait until after Christmas and buy their pressies in the Pets at Home sale :D so they had doggy Christmas today. We spoil them rotten with tidbits and turkey supper on Christmas Day itself so they don't really miss out.

Sorry for the blurryness of some of the pics, they were like kids on sugar today and wouldn't keep still :D

Video - opening pressies ***please excuse squeaky voices, we're all a bit odd***

Lying in her fave place, right where she can sit up at the wrong moment and disrupt the signal from the remote to the TV...

Tog-o-War again :) Its her fave game (apart from sneaking up behind you and barking thus inducing mild heart failure and leaping ten foot in the air...)

Saving the best til last but no pics :( *mass sigh of relief* :p she's now walking in the fields quite happily with my dad too as they're really starting to bond :) She sits with him and they 'chat' to each other :D They walked her round their local town the other week and she initially freaked out :( but after a few laps of the carpark she was quite happy and settled down :) We're going to attempt a visit to Pets at Home next weekend - Yellow Dog is bad enough when he drools over the rabbits, not quite sure what her reaction will be.... Will take my camera lol :D

Sorry for the pic overload, I told everyone you'd regret asking for regular updates :D :D :D

CC - yes a sale! All the Christmas stuff is 50% off or more and other things are in it too but I didn't really look, it was packed (it's nextdoor to Next who were limiting entry to their store) :)

Sarah - we've always had goldies and labs so nothing is kept at tail height :D OH lost 3 mugs before he cottoned on to putting things high up  Yellow Dog did manage to clear OH's grandad's plate with his tail last night tho lol :D

MM - I wish I could convey what a difference this girl has made to our lives, she's in her forever home now and we all love her little paws off. 2010 was pretty cr*p for our family but she really brought good fortune to us and we're eternally grateful to whoever posted the initial link (I'm so sorry but I can't remember who it was now :o )

Aw lovely pics and so glad she's settled in with you all :)

I must disagree re: Twiglets though. They are rather high on the top 5 list of Greatest Foods Ever Created. It's only natural that dogs should adore them too :p

My in-laws have a ten month old lab x German Pointer who developed a taste for Twiglets over Christmas - he swiped a few from the dish on the coffee table on Boxing day morning and got told off and then later in the day mangaed to inadvertantly sweep a load out of the dish with his lethal wagging tail - he was delighted to find it was raining Twiglets!

Lovely to see Sandy has landed on her paws and great to hear the positive effect she has had on your lives too.
