So my boy has had a few sarcoids so I am thinking of putting him on Global Herbs Sarc-Ex, has anybody used this? Does it help to remove/prevent sarcoids?
All advice greatly appreciated! :D

My boy had a small sarcoid in the girth area so got the vet out who suggested I try something like sarc ex first. So I went out & got a tub which he has finished today as 1 tub is a months worth & the sarcoid as literally gone I was so amazed I was telling my YM who also uses it & she said one of hers has a few & it cleared the small ones really quick aswell, but I have known people to not rate it. So I would recommend trying it :)

Hi There,

I bought a horse with sarcoids (3 on his belly which were pretty ugly agressive looking warty lumps and a golf ball sized lump on his sheath which looked to be more internal than sat on the surface)

I used thuja cream on his belly ones, they burst open and looked quite a sight but it took off all the nasty oozy crusty bits and has just left him with 3 small nodules that haven't changed since. He was also on thuja tablets and I tried sarc ex.

The large lump on his sheath never appeared to change but then one day it burst open and dropped off within 2 days leaving a hole! It's now completely healed and so the internal tablets/powder were obviously doing something!

Because he was on a mixture of remedies I cant really say that sarc ex alone worked wonders for him BUT what I will say is that it made his sheath swell up like a football -fluid retention, it took quite a while to go down after I stopped feeding him it but then swelled up again as soon as I put him back on it; the vet confirmed this was quite a possibility as one of their sarcoid creams does the same and can even make the belly swell-weird!

Well..I wouldnt use it again due to the sheath reaction as it makes him quite hot and sore but I probably would if it didnt flare up, I hope this helps? :)

My friends horse suffers with them quite bad. He has them on his eyes, ears, neck, cest and between his legs.

She has been using it for a few months now and I would say half of them have gone
