Sarcoid or not ? Help

Just brought my horse in to night as as I still can't ride due to snow I thought I would give him a good brush . While brushing him I came across this little (5 p size ) lump with a grey top it's not crusty and its under the skin . I think it might be a small sarcoid but am not sure !
Has any one else had this if so what have you done treatments ect .
It's on his belly but no where near where his girth goes .
Any help or advice appreciated .

It sounds similar to the ones mine had, think I have just found a new one too. Get the vet to have a look at it.
