My pony has had a sarcoid for about 9 months. It was grey, flat & warty looking. Approximately the size of a thumb nail. 2 weeks ago it started to grow & change a lot! He was booked in to have it removed yesterday. Vet froze & banded it. It was much bigger then it appeared and was in deeper tissue than anticipated. Its also now a combination sarcoid and very aggressive. First picture was taken on Mon, its by now app 2 inches long & an inch wide and had open spots on it.
Second picture was taken soon after it had been treated and third pic today. I just thought it might be useful for anyone else planning to have one
