i have just purchased a rising 2 year old tb x. she has a lump on the inside of her back leg, its under the skin, its not attached to anything so it can move, she doesnt mind me touching it or anything and it sometimes get bigger and smaller, should i be worried? or is this just a baby thing, is it a sarcoid or not, i dont want call the vet out if its nothing to worry about, but i dont want it to be worse than i think it is :S
