Sarcoid??

Does anything think these may be sarcoids, noticed them a week ago and they haven't changed. He had some what were clearly insect bites on his back but they are different and have nearly gone ( that's what I pay over £30 for decent insect repellent but nevermind! ). They are pea sized lumps under the skin, they aren't bothering him, will get vet out for a look if they aren't gone soon but worried about sarcoids as in girth area.

sorry, but i also think it looks like a sarcoid. We have a gelding who has exactly the same type of lumps developing in the sheath area and our vet also thinks sarcoids.
