sarcoids?

if any off you have any tips on how to help keep sarcoids clean i would be very greatful, if anybody as seen my post of my pics of the new boy, you will of seen that he has a rather nasty and big sarcoid on his nose, i was wondering if i could keep it clean anyway,
for those who have not seen the pics this is his sarcoid...

hope somebody can help me out, but i amn unsure if there are ways to help keep it clean, or keep the size down as he keeps knocking it!

I had a mare with a small sarcoid above her eye. I used camrosa on it and it worked wonders, it shrunk and then disappeared. Yours is a big one but i would definatly give camrosa a try.

I third the suggestion to use Camrosa. It should get rid of it totally in a month or two. Make sure to smear it all around the surrounding area aswell though as it looks like that sarcoid is blowing!
