Sat Nav advice please...............

Hey guys

I'm fairly new to the forum but i'm hoping you can help. I am looking into getting sat nav for the first time (it takes me a while to catch up with clever ideas on the market). As i'm about to move down to North Wales i was wondering if anyone on here had any suggestions as to which one i should get as it's an area i have spent very little time in and i have no sense of direction and i need something that will be good at getting me from A to B.

I have a TomTom XL. I get along just fine with it. Easy to use. I'd recommend one.

thanks JustJasper for the welcome and for the advice - have you used it in very rural areas, as i've heard that some types of sat nav machine's are not good with postal codes in rural areas? could be complete codswallop but i thought i would ask someone who has the machine

It's taken me to Cornwall, Wales, all over the Midlands and has managed just fine You can go by Street name if you're unsure on the postcode.

No probs! Just don't blame me if you do get lost! lol If you go to Halfords or somewhere like that they'll usually let you have a play with them before you part with your cash!
