Saw in Horse and Rider classifieds - is Shannon Leigh Livery in Bexley for Sale?

I saw an advert in the Horse and Rider magazine (the most recent one) that in the property a yard was for sale.
"Bexley, Kent.
Competition livery yard with 2 bed cottage and 2 bed mobile home. Manege, clubhouse, jumping arena, 37 stables and tack room in approx 14 acres."

And the picture looks EXACTLY like Shannon Leigh! I know it's not really my business, but when we find my horse that's where we plan on keeping it, and I ride at a nearby riding school! So was just wondering if anyone had heard if it was changing hands etc?? Can't seem to find it on the website though..So just pondering if anyone else saw the advert or anything, and it's not just me being either thick or mad! Anyway, enough rambling. Thanks! xx

When I was there many, many years ago there were about 12 stables - whre have the extra 25 been put?

They've built quite a few new ones in a block - very fancy looking I must say also now have a massive new school! And as for the turnout.. Not all horses are going to be put out at the same time I suppose..? Xx
