Strangely made me quite emotional today, had bridle on my pony and was playing with her forelock, noticed a new area of white hair growing under it. I love my baby more than anything in the world and I know its life that she will get older...it's just sometimes sad knowing our time together can't be forever. I love all the time I've had with her and will continue to, she's my horse of a lifetime.
I know I can't stop her aging, ill just have to cherish all her veteran years <3

Soppy thread over

The reaper name is just from a song I was listening when I signed up, uncreativd name haha.
@Rhino
We are so Soppy owners haha. For me its the worst thing ever to think of a life without Kalyeigh. Your poor YO, must be awful for her

How long have you had your mare? My boy is injured and on box rest/controlled walking at the moment, it's actually nice to spend so much time just around him, although I have been taking so many photos too :)

Just over 7 years. She's got such a gentle temperance, jumped lunged her today. Which for a pony that was rapped/poled as a baby needed a lot of trust from her, she didn't even flinch anymore. It's lovely just to spend time with them.
Awww poor lad! Photos are a bugger haha, feel free to post them.

I have been showing this off all over the forum, but if you insist!

I've had him 12 years now, as you can probably tell from the photo he has a fantastic temperament too :)

DAYUM, jealous. Why no castles near me :'(. Ponys first proper home was in Scotland :D Lanarkshire area. Bet she's jealous of your boy.
Ginger horses are the bestttttt

Rhino that photo is stunning.

If I was granted three wishes my number one wish would be that we could freeze time so those we love never age. Hate seeing our animals getting older :-(
