Saxon update!

Love this little horse.

He now looks pretty good from a distance and is feeling very well in himself. Getting stronger week by week and not so skinny anymore!

Still taking things at his own pace and nothing has been pushed, but he's making 2 young girls smile every so often! Gone solo hacking, met a huge tractor (didn't care!) and does a bit of lunging and still a lot of eating.

He's gone multicoloured from his clip and has got a new hair do, his ribs look really bad atm, but this is because his hair's 2 different colours from when we clipped him boney and it's 2 different lengths!

He seems very happy, though we are all very upset his tash has come out this week.

I missed the thread yesterday! He's come a long, long way. This pic was taken Feb 12th, a week after he arrived. I have to look back occasionally to remind myself that the pony who trot's over in the field actually did look like this!
