In the back of your 2006 BD rule book it lists all the scales of training, and includes a detailed description .. Hope this helps!!

i knew there was some way of remembering them, but i couldt for the life of me think what it was!!

How on earth do you remember the order - if you HAVE to that is
R, C, S, S, I, C - does mke a word and I can't think of a sentence - like All King Edward's Horses......etc. Anyone else???

The correct order is Rhythm, Suppleness, Contact, Impulsion, Straightness then Collection not that it makes it any easier to come up with a phrase to help you remember.

I think of R S C, I S C = Royal Shakespeare Company, International Shakespeare Company.


Don't ask me what the International S C is, but it just helps me remember the order!
