It could be when filling out the form that they selected AQH by mistake. However....it is too bizarre to be real. I think I'd vote SCAM. The wording and language in the ad just doens't ring true.

the area code is pembrokeshire. ad says london. pic in usa ( lovely american barn -- no rain ! ). price well ill have 20 ! they run far too - like the advertiser--- when hes got your deposit --- whos sitting at his computor in a bedsit ! no answer on phone as yet !

Either a scam or someone who didn't really do school so has copied and pasted from adverts in a hope that it might make some sense.
Bizarre though.
 
That main picture looks American, not anywhere in England - look at the red barn. The names suggest mares but surely that is a gelding in the picture? Scam, scam and idiot scam.
