Ive been looking into getting a new trailer. Saw a 511 for £2700 buy it now. Messaged the seller to ask a few questions to which they replied 'I am so glad you were the one who enquired' which i thought was weird. Then when asked to veiw this was the reply

As i said, my husband recently passed away and i am tired of time wasters and people who has no better thing to do than giving me nightmares (1 guy come up with much less money than we agreed, other guy was a pervert, giving me midnight calls asking if i am looking for a new partner. It is being hard to go through this by myself and i can't take it anymore. I am actually considering to sell everything here and move with my parents in Switzerland as my life in the UK has no meaning anymore.

I want to take this through eBay as i am not willing to go through similar situations as with the last 2 "buyers". To make sure everything goes as it should, I wont get any money from ebay until you agree to keep it. ebay said that once you clicked on buy it now you will receive a set of payment details and I will get your delivery address. As I said in my first email, I am willing to pay for delivery since I am in Dumfries right now and thats quite a distance to you. Delivery will be made through*http://www.shiply.com/ebay-couriers-delivery-services.php.

If you are serious about buying it, i can set up a private listing on eBay with a Buy It Now option.

Hmmmm. Delivery also wasnt mentioned.
Do you guys think this sounds dodgy? I also thought it was far too cheap?.

A very superior place.

They say Dumfries because they think it is out of the way and no-one will want to inspect because it will take a day or two. While your organising the visit the "bargain"may be bought by someone else.
If you want some sport suggest that your uncle who lives in Lockerbie could visit this morning.;)

It's a scam had a similar experience with a horsebox the seller said exactly the same thing to me about viewing it, I emailed them back and said I wouldn't buy without viewing first and that I would pay cash on the day, they replied by saying they don't want cash as someone tried to pay for it with dodgy notes and the reply was quite stroppy, who does not take cash !

If you have that money why don't you go to a dealership? I would never buy anything over 50 on eBay. Even when I bought a cart I paid 50 deposit and the rest in cash.
