scared of shadows on jumps - help

My horse is very spooky with his own moving shadow in the winter when I school him. He will also stop at jumps when he see's his shadow appear on the poles - indoor and out!
Any recommendations? Would a sheep skin noseband help?

You could try a sheepskin noseband, I believe their original intent was to stop the horse spooking at shadows on the ground(?)
