New, bespoke made to measure would set one back about £2,500.00 what sort of money are you talking about 2nd hand?

Old caring home a defo! Is the coat scarlet? Can't have any coloured collars. We can offer a country bumpkin home and will be wonderfully looked after! What size is the tailcoat? Thanks x

Try doing a google search. There used to be a company in Cardiff that did scarlet tails at a very reasonable price.
How quickly do you need them? You could always contact Micheal Segar and see if he would put a wanted ad in the next issue of hounds Magazine.
Also dont know if they still exist but Uppingham dress agency used to have them too.
