Hi,
Can anyone suggest any schooling exercises I can do with my mare. We've just had a jumping lesson tonight and our 'homework' is to practice our corners/turns into/after jumps. Today we worked mainly on doglegs but wondered what else I could try to add some variety. The only thing I could think of was to put jumps on the centre line and serpentine over them. Can anyone think of anything else that I could try?
The idea is that Jenny's rushing is connected to the quality of our turns and if I allow her to fall in on the turn that is when she sets off so I really want to get this sussed before our next session.
