I was thinking of getting someone in to school our pony as myself and my duaghter cannot do it. I'm not sure how long this would take.
We've been doing walk, stop and steering with him but we need him to learn to be more forward in a school/field (he's good out hacking) and to learn to trot and canter.
What I was hoping to do is get someone to school him and then give my daughter a few lessons on him afterward, does this sound like a good plan?
Need to get teeth+saddle sorted first and we can do a certain amount ourselves like hacking/cones/poles/ground work etc but definatly think I will get someone in. Start as we mean to go on :)
