schooling livery recommedations

Hi

I would like to send my pony of for some schooling, needs a bit of work in flat work and dressage, but also to help address some of his manners, he's not bad just young and only owned by a young girl before me, so just needs some teaching.

I have phoned a couple of people who both sound lovely on the phone, but i don't know what I should be asking them or have anyone to recommend anyone.

So I'm roughly in Swindon, can anyone recommend anyone in this area? Or Cirencester / Oxford?

Also does anyone know how much this should roughly costs and how long I would expect them to be away for? I.e would I be able to see some improvement in 3 /4 weeks?
