schooling livery

Hi GUys
My mare is going on full schooling livery for a while to see if we can nip the bolting in the bud! My question to you is....What insurance do i need to get or will she be covered by livery yard??? I have only got her on grass insurance at mo as i was retiring her but at 12 it would be a waste. Any ideas?

As the situation will vary from yard to yard you need to check with them. I hope all goes well with the schooling.

Most insurance will not cover anyone else riding your horse if they hurt themselves. Your insurance "should" cover your mare if say, she damaged a 3rd party but not the rider. Best to ring the yard, ask them what cover they have and then check with your insurance company as to what cover you have. Good luck with the schooling.
