Scoot boots

Has anyone used cavallo Pastern wraps in scoot boots? My boy already has wedge pads and the scoot endurance gaiters also have a pad that goes into the boot so I feel like I’d have no room left!
I feel like socks would get soaked and disgusting in the field
Any suggestions?
He’s getting rubs where the trail gaiters end

They might be OK but I left some neoprene over reach boots on one of my Arab's in the field once and it made his heals really sensitive, I think its where they stay wet and are constantly sitting on the skin so made it sore.

My boy can only wear the neoprene ones in the field the rubber ones gave him sores ??‍?

Yes I have, not for the field but as extra padding to try and stop hind boots twisting.

I can't use Scoots on my mare when her feet are wet they just rub her raw. They don't obviously twist but I think the rubber at the back is unforgiving. I find the ones that sort of form a bag around the hoof (cavello type) easier

I tried a couple of different boots but Barry’s feet are so tiny they’re the only ones that don’t twist ?

I might have something i can send you, they came with my boa boots but they dont fit bb, i will take a picture tomo when I am at the yard and show you, its neoprene pastern wraps with a sole attached! They might fit Barry

If the sole goes into the boot tho we might be out of room as his wedge pads have taken most of the boot ?

They look like this, crap picture of a random google search but harder plastic base and neoprene round it, but they are brand new, i dont think they were ever used

Its very very thin, and I imagine you could snip it off , or you could use that sole instead of the one you already have in?
