I use them and have always found them very good with claims etc. They are part of PetPlan now and no longer based in Scotland and occasionally the phone is answered as PetPlan not SEIS. The only thing is their vets fees cover is lower than some companies, from memory I think it's £4500 per incident.
I'm with them and have made a couple of sustantial claims with no issues. One thing to note is that they'll pay all the hospital costs, unlike most who don't pay stabling costs while they are there. It didn't cost me anything but the excess when my boy was an inpatient, but I know with a lot of insurance you have to pay the livery costs but not nursing costs.
I'm with them. They have been paying out with no fuss for my boys suspensory branch injuries. My vet said its one of the fastest payments she's received. Big thumbs up from me.
I'm also with them, have claimed and had them pay out. I found their customer service team very helpful and sympathetic as well and they took the time to explain everything to me. Very happy with the service.
I've just insured with them through Julie Andrews agents... quite good quote for 15 year old. ID x ...better than all others , and I've heard good things about them...
Thanks all, I really appreciate the feedback - my only reservation is that they offer £4k vets fees cover not £5k like everyone else, but the premium is £100 a year less......
