Does anyone know how to make a representation on this subject?, Can the public be involved? or is it not a public consultation?

They are quite keen for the public to become involved and you can be included on their list of regular consultees. It used to quite amuse me to see my name listed between people like Spratts and Pedigree Chum! I think you views may also be published unless you tick a box.

I am afraid I have given up on The Scottish Government -- except to suggest the lot of them should be put into a lunatic asylum, preferably on some very remote off shore island.

I think the last time microchipping was discussed in The House of Commons one MP stood up and suggested that if all MPs were chipped, they might be able to find Lord Lucan….
