Scottish Peeps - please be aware!!

There have been a number of horses stolen across the Grampian Region. It's looking like they are being stolen to order and they are targetting grass kept animals.

There have been several stolen over the last few weeks in Aberdeenshire & Tayside.

The horses are being removed after fences have been cut.

Please be aware.

Just started Horsewatch in Dumfries and Galloway and in regular contact with Perth and Kinross Horsewatch (Tayside Police) and havent had this news--please could you point me to more info--thanks

News to me and I live in Aberdeenshire, are you sure its not a text joke that was getting circulated a few months ago??? Police I have spoken to know nothing of this either??

I also live in Aberdeenshire and have friend who has had to move her ponies as theft was attempted. She reported this to the Police in Peterhead.

Fair enough, it was the police in Aberdeen central that I spoke to when they where in the shop.... Will keep an eye out but there was a while some one was sending a scary text around, don't know if you got it or heard of it?? Quite scary then turned out to be a hoax !!
