Just wondering if there is anyone amongst you who is in the Perthshire area (Pitlochry ish area), who do you use as farriers? and do you know of any who are willing to take on new clients?

Another vote for Alistair. He can be tricky to get hold of, but always does a very good job.

We've used Alistair Smith and he's OK. Don't think he comes that far north though we're in Glenlyon and getting anyone up there is a nightmare. Mostly used Jason who's surname I've forgotten but he's moved away. Now use John McInally who is excellent.
