Scuffed fetlocks

Morning!! Hope your all well this morning. Just a little question about my mare. She has been living out most of the summer. Yesterday afternoon I got her in to ride and she has scuffed both her hind fetlocks. She isn't lame, it looks like the hair has been rubbing, but it looks too far forwards for her to be brushing. Any ideas??

Could she be nibbling herself because flies are bothering her?

Is it a white leg? My boy has it this year on his white sock. I have no idea what it is! I've started washing it with hibiscrub and puting equimins msm cream on it. It has started to heal already
