Okay - chance conversation with someone at work who is getting a new kitten. You know the scurry-driving pony pairs that are named Salt and Pepper, Bubble and Squeak, Batman and Robin, etc...well I have 2 rescued cats who are called Marks and Spencer. Many years ago I had a pair of free-flying budgies called Cheep and Nasty (don't ask). 2 rescued battery chickens at my yard have just been named Sage and Onion. What cute/funny/stupid/embarrassing/clever/sick-making pair-names have YOU ever come across??? Prize for the best.

always liked the idea of rythym and blues

My boss drove:

Rock&Roll
Fine&Dandy
Fine&Sunny (Dandy sadly passed away)
Sebastian&Coe (HOYS Champs!)

He had a black pony with blue eyes and I always wanted him to pair it with another black to make Black&Blue. Another driver was perfect for Drunk&Disorderly!

There's also:

Song&Dance
Chalk&Cheese
Tarmac&Adam
Trial&Error
Dun&Dusted (guess what colour they are

)
Peaches&Cream
Bonnie&Clyde
Judge&Jury
Suited&Booted (VERY smart pair)

If I ever win the lottery and get a pair they will be Rack&Ruin. Or maybe Pinky&The Brain.

My Mum had two GSDs called Sweeney and Regan.
They ended up having a litter together!

Breeder we know likes to run two at a time from the same litter and he had:

Rhyme and Reason
Cagney and Lacey
Mork and Mindy

When was that? John still had them last year, as far as I knew. He did get another Dandy after the original died though, about 2 years ago, but had to call him Sunny for one season as the original was registered as Dandy. They were bays, bred by Dr Wynne.

During the world cup in 1996 a charity named a mother and foal Ulrika and Sven

God Sven was brilliant, I'd love to have had him!!!

ETA I mean the foal not man!!

Ah, yes, that'll be the answer. I started working for John in 2002 so not sure which pairs he had before but had them then. They've always been bays as long as I've known him!

Just thought, there's an eventer named DrunkenDisorderly - great name as the commentator gets to say ''...driving/riding....''
