Like most people I dont wear a seat belt in horse box, any one know should I be wearing one ?? they are fitted.

I heard a horrible story about a girl who died on a roundabout near me - she was in the passenger seat not wearing a seat belt, the car crashed into the one in front of it, she flew through the windscreen and got run over by a transit van.
After hearing that I swear I will never not wear one, it's not worth the risk!

l have actually been stopped for not wearing a seat belt in my lorry, even though my lorry doesn't have them, The law is if the lorry has seat belts fitted you must wear them.
l am actually going to have some fitted as sitting in the drivers seat you are very near the window screen and there is no saying where l would end up if the brakes failed or had a crash !!
