Seat savers out hunting?

I am struggling with my close contact saddle/bony butt out hunting! I find the saddle comfortable for day to day use schooling jumping and hacking, but when I'm sat in it for hours out hunting, it gets super uncomfortable! Are seat savers allowed out hunting? I would get one in a subtle colour obviously, just want to check before I shell out for one.

Also does anyone have any recommendations? I was thinking a fluffy sheepskin version night keep me a little warmer in the winter too!

I have the heather Moffatt one which is memory foam covered in suede, one side brown, one side black. It's super comfy and quite smart. I don't know if they would be acceptable hunting though sorry.

Just eat more and get more padding!!

Seat savers are perfectly acceptable but can you imagine the effect of rain on them...... think of sitting on a very large sponge all day!! :( :(

Friend of mine went out with her acavallo one once..... never again - she said she would have had a drier backside sitting in the bath!
 
lol good point - I did actually make a waterproof cover for one of mine once, out of an old pair of waterproof trousers! - I'm not a great fan of hunting in the rain though generally ;)
 
I suffer from a bony nether to the point I get hard lumps come up on my bikini line (thanks for your attempt at airbags body but a nice pair of peachy buttocks would have done the trick!). No amount of eating will counter act bony buttage. I am told squats is the answer and lots of em! And I'm a lazy moo so a pair of padded cycling shorts are enlisted :o)
 
I can't see why they wouldn't be allowed. As long as they are discreet I can't see a problem. I used to hunt in a brown one which matched my saddle. Unfortunately, I don't know the brand of it to let you know, but it was just a padded brown suede one.
