Not strickly speaking a horse or hound related question - other than it was my hound that chewed the seatbelt!

My Japanese Import Pajero needs a replacement seatbelt on the rear seat in order to pass the MOT - and the dealers say it has to be ordered from Japan (with several weeks delivery forecast and and approx price £260 plus fitting) because it's an import. I've tried a couple of online sites and have been told that seatbelts are a 'dealer only' part - so before I give up and order one from Japan, i thought I'd try and see if anyone here had any thoughts or suggestions on other locations to try in the uk?

Cheers for any useful suggestions....:)

That's the Shogun, isn't it? Have you tried eBay, Parts Gateway (you need to register, but it's free), local breakers or posting on 4x4 forums?

Breakers, ebay, Amazon (yes, they have people selling all sort of stuff these days). I had the same problem, found an ebay seller who was refurbing a vehicle like mine and bought them for a fraction of the price new. If you google Pajero parts it will give you the gateway to breakers sites

There are tons of shoguns/pajeros being scrapped and broken up on ebay!

We got one for £20!!! Including postage!
