seaweed???

Have been feeding Inky Seaweed to enhance coat colur. I have just changed to BOSS and wondered whether i could feed my Shetty the seaweed???? I have heard it can be good to help combat Laminitis because of the magnesium content, would it be ok to give it Ty and would it really be useful????

I feed all my natives seaweed, why I don't know, thought I'd give it a go, but after 4 weeks I haven't noticed anything different! Never heard of anything combatting Laminitis, two of mine have had it ( 4 years ago) the only thing to combat Lami in my book is to restrict grazing by strip grazing and or using a muzzle and exercise

I feed my ISH mare seaweed. It was recommended to me by my Instructor as a good basic Vit & Min supplement, without any nasties in.

I have unfortunately had to do quite extensive research about laminitis and I don't remember seaweed being mentioned at any time. But if you have found some evidence then fine.

No evidence just it was mentioned to me!!! Ill use what ive left then not bother replacing!!!
