Does anyone use this? If so, do you recommend it for everyday use? I've never used it but have heard that its great for general health etc....

Yes I use it daily - I feed Hilton Herbs Hoof and Health (which is Seaweed and Rosehip) - and its been great - was recommended it mainly for my horses feet as am told it is extremely good - but his coat is great too and I am really pleased with his overall condition whilst using this. I will continue to use it. Also quite economical to use compared to some supplements. I have found a cheaper brand of the above made by Equs health but as he is looking so good on the above am not sure i should change?!

is this for horses or humans? lol i use it every day for my horse as i read an article once stating that it could possibly be a preventitive for grass sickness - something i worry about so much since experiencing it at a yard i once worked at in 2006 we lost 4healthy horses to this. one lady has done a 10 yr test using seaweed every day and hasnt lost a horse since obviously this is just a theory not really been proven but i'm willing to try it. it is also usefull for adding trace minerals etc often missing from their diet it also contains iodine and is anti inflamatory and anti ulcer

Brilliant stuff, improves the skin which in turn improves the coat, great for horses/ponies that suffer with itchy scurfy coats and would certainly recomend for horses that suffer from sweetitch etc

However you must be careful not to over feed the daily recomended amout.
