Second hand Bates saddle fitter Herts/Beds/Bucks area

Does anyone know of any saddler who will part exchange our saddles, and sell and fit a second hand Bates one?
I know TC feeds will, but if anyone else knows any more companies that can do this, please can you advise! Thanks.
