Second hand saddle dealers in Leicestershire

Hi, wonder if anyone knows of anyone who deals with 2nd hand saddles in Leics please?

Milners don't hold a great stock and charge a small fortune and i can't afford to buy new.

Looking for a bargain dressage saddle but don't want to start buying saddles off ebay as i cannot afford to have my own private 2nd hand saddle shop!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I bought a grogeous second hand dressage saddle from Nicola at buckaroo equine (vale view) she usually has a few in but not loads.
Also, I live in melton and harriet haivers is in Notts but she did come out to me and she had loads of second hand saddles for cheap. This is her website:

would also recommend buckaroo I know she has some decent quality ones in stock as she has 2 of mine to sell . It is always worth asking in buckaroo at VV as all the stock isn't necessarily in store as they take it out and about to try and sell

If you decide to stretch to a new one then I recommend Retford saddlery (Im pretty sure they don't have 2nd hand) they have a nice wide choice and their saddle fitter Byron is very good at his job . Well worth dropping in just for general horsey shopping if you are ever out that way .

Hurst Saddlers on Moat Street in Wigston sells used tack and saddles as well as bargain priced new saddles. Horse Wear House is also excellent for used saddles.

I've not been down to horse wear house for ages so i shall go have a gander.

Have spoken to the Firecracker lady and she was soooo helpful! Will take part ex on my old saddle too but she has nothing in at the moment. I can wait though...i'm only a little bit desperate.

Spoke to the harriet lady mentioned on here too and she said she doesn't do dressage saddles

one jump saddle and one VSD so probably not what you are looking for but it is definitely a "Dressage VSD" not much use for jumping tbh. Its an Albion K2 VSD (Medium fit I believe). Im surprised its not gone yet its been used less than 20 times for walk and a little trot hacking (with mum before blue came down with cushings soon after saddle was bought) doesn't even have any marks from stirrup leathers. Selling anything horsey seems hard atm and yet your struggling to buy, its crazy!

I don't know who Roger Hurst is, this shop is owned by a lady name Sharon Hurst and it's a real treasure trove. All my tack comes from there
