Second hand saddlery shop beds/bucks

I'm on the look out for a particular saddle, I've found one three/four hours drive away but before I make the trip I want to see if there is any a bit more local too me.

So I'm just outside milton keynes, have tried tc feeds. Any others?

Have you asked Dawn (Ex RB) she might have / know of something. Ask Ros too, I got my Ideal through them, they sell second hand on a commission basis - or they used to.

Tower Farm just south of Rugby often have a decent selection and Harley Equestrian near Towcester get the odd good quality second hand saddle in and their fitter is very helpful and may know of one locally

Bit further out but not unbearable

If you have a will of iron try Catlips who is further south from you, it looks like chaos there, stacks of everything everywhere and the driveway will finish you off if the house doesn't (its a house not shop as such) but the lady knows her stuff and if you phone her she may well be able to say whether she has one

Quite agree, I have never left there with anything less than exactly what I needed even if it wasn't what I went in for!

Oh you have to take a trip to catlips

I have bought several saddles from her, the last being a mouldy working hunter saddle which once cleaned was just beautiful! It doesn't fit now but I don't want to sell it

Whilst you're there stock up on things like mane and tail spray, hoof oil, lead ropes etc... You'll never find it cheaper elsewhere!!
