how much would i be looking at for a nice brown 16 inch gp second hand saddle. new seem to be £6-£7oo. pony on loan so dont want to spend a fortune thanks

how long is a piece of string? A new leather saddle for £600 is a bit of a bargain. 2nd hand tbh if its in good condition then not much less than that. It totally depends what you are looking for!

Get on Ebay. My OH has been wheeling and dealing, and has bought a few saddles lately between 99p (you read that right) and £50.

We got a great little saddle for £20, which was just a little too wide, so it got sold again for £45

There are some real bargains, although the sizes are not always right
